Mixed Fermentation 6%
Brewed in January 2018, this beer has spent nearly two years in red wine barrels with different mixed cultures, bringing acidity and complexity. Before packaging, we refermented this blend on 200kg of locally picked plums from Pat’s orchard in May Hill (Ben’s grandmother)
Blend 2 is intensely plummy with almond and marzipan complexity. Clean, fruity with a noticeable oaky structure to the beer – delicious!
