I’m Going Back To 505

Mixed Fermentation   5.7%

I’m Going Back To 505 is a barrel aged mixed fermentation ale. Primary fermentation took place on secondary use plums in one of our fruiting tanks – the residual yeasts, microbes and bacteria fermenting the beer. 505 was then conditioned in oak barrels for 8 months before packaging. The result is a beautifully balanced mixed fermentation ale with a light plum character and oak complexity.
