A simple base beer brewed with wheat, fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, and aged in oak for one year. Re-fermented for 12 weeks with plums, harvested by us from a family orchard in May Hill. Intensely plummy with almond and marzipan complexity. Clean, fruity with a noticeable oaky structure to the beer - delicious!
This beer gets better with age so we've bundled the vintage 2021 and the of the fresh out of the cask 2023 versions. We'd love to hear your thoughts on the differences in flavour.
