1 x 375ml MAY HILL - MIXED FERM ALE WITH PLUMS - 2023
A simple base beer brewed with wheat, fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, and aged in oak for one year. Re-fermented for 12 weeks with plums, harvested by us from a family orchard in May Hill. Intensely plummy with almond and marzipan complexity. Clean, fruity with a noticeable oaky structure to the beer - delicious!

1 x 375ml CRICKLEY HILL - MIXED FERM ALE WITH STRAWBERRY - 2023
This beer was brewed with wheat, fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, and then aged in oak barrels for 1 year. It was re-fermented with strawberries for 4 weeks. It has a beaming aroma, long sherbet like acidity, and soft finish.

1 x 375ml LECKHAMPTON HILL - MIXED FERM ALE WITH ELDERFLOWER - 2022
A beer for the local elderflowers to manifest their heady perfume power. Big aroma of elderflower and sherbet lemon up front, leading into flavours of fresh grass and grapefruit. The finish is bone dry with long soft oak tannin. an oak aged mixed fermentation ale with locally foraged elderflower.
