A beer for the local elderflowers to manifest their heady perfume power. Big aroma of elderflower and sherbet lemon up front, leading into flavours of fresh grass and grapefruit. The finish is bone dry with long soft oak tannin. An oak aged mixed fermentation ale with locally foraged elderflower.
This beer gets better with age so we've bundled 3 bottles from the vintage 2021 to the fresh out of the cask 2023 versions. We'd love to hear your thoughts on the differences in flavour.
