This pale ale has the same base as Steady Rolling Man but is hopped both hot side and on the dry hop with the freshest Strata from Indie Hops. The Strata in this beer was hand selected during hop harvest, to deliver maximum fresh tropical fruit aroma and juicy, sticky citrus flavour. A reinterpretation of our favourite beer.

This year’s iteration is full on pulpy, tropical fruit. Overripe mango, and tangerine balanced with the softer notes of white peach, and zesty lemon. Brought together by Strata’s characteristic dankness.
