STEADY ROLLING MAN (5.2%)
Steady Rolling Man is everything to DEYA. Our first and potentially best beer! Steady is an incredibly soft Pale Ale, saturated with mango, peach and blueberry flavours and intense tropical fruit aromas. It has a clean and light bitterness and a beautifully delicate mouthfeel.
TAPPY PILS (4.4%)
Tappy Pils is an ode to classic techniques and drinkability. Bitter, snappy with beautiful noble hop character - Tappy still has something identifiably DEYA, but in a more restrained format.
STEADY ROLLING MAN (5.2%)

MAGAZINE COVER (4.2%)
Magazine Cover was born out of love for crisp, delicious and delicate hoppy session ales. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe for tropical and citrus aromas that carry through the palate - Magazine offers simplicity and complete refreshment.
DEYA SESSION PILS (3.4%)
A beautifully light, crisp pilsner. With light lemons notes, soft sweet malt, finishing with a clean medium bitterness... pure refreshment.
DUST MY BROOM (5.8%)
Dripping in heady Simcoe hops….with a pinch of Strata hot side to back it up. Beautifully balanced by a rounded malt profile for a full mouthfeel. Fleshy mango, lemon peel, fresh OJ and a hint of frosty pine needles - superb.
MEET ME IN THE CITY (6.5%)
A returning favourite: Meet Me In The City is a big, lushious ode to citra, backed up by a classical supporting cast - Strata, Galaxy and Centennial. Wheat provides a structured, pillowy mouthfeel, aided by the additions of Rye and Vienna malt. Pouring an enticing sunshine yellow, with a tight white head you’re greeted by heady aromas of mango, passionfruit, papaya and orange. Through the palate it’s all orange, citrus, reminiscent of your favourite boiled sweets. A soft, balancing bitterness keeps you coming back for more.
Steady Rolling Man was the first beer ever brewed at DEYA - a recipe born out of our home brew sessions a decade ago, with blues tunes providing the soundtrack...
Over the years the beer has been improved and refined although the recipe has remained remarkably similar.
The profile leans heavily on our soft water treatments, oats in the grist, our estery house English yeast strain and plenty of hand selected Mosaic.
The genesis of Steady was to put together the perfect American style Pale Ale - and that remains the goal for every brew.
Steady is everything to DEYA - our best beer, our original, the basis from which we have been able to expand, learn and grow.
Steady Rolling Man was voted number 1 British Beer of 2024, in We Are Beer’s Top 50 UK Beer Awards.
Voted by a panel of 150 beer experts, we’re extremely proud of our flagship Pale Ale, Steady Rolling Man.
