CORE SUBSCRPTION
Subscriptions are automatically renewed and payment
will be taken on the same day that the original order was placed every month. The products will be automatically delivered by DEYA after each successful renewal.
E.G If you complete an order for a subscription box on 4th July your order will ship on 5th July
In the case of bank holidays please allow one extra day for delivery.
DEYA FRESH SUBSCRPTION
Subscriptions are automatically renewed and payment
will be taken on the 1st of every month. The products will be automatically delivered by DEYA after each successful renewal on the 1st Tuesday of the month. In the case of bank holidays please allow one extra day for delivery.
Order by 5pm the day before the ship date to receive that months Subscription.
You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below. The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you
placed an initial subscription order. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account with the DEYA webshop.
If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
If you do not update your payment method we will not be able to ship subscription box.
We’ll send an email with an exclusive link on the day your box ships with
all the info you’ll need on what’s in the box (please ensure you're subscribed to our mailing list to get the full experience). Your box will also come with a QR code you can use to find out more information about your beers.
Additionally, when you subscribe you will be invited to join our exclusive subscibers whatsapp group where we’ll share sneak peaks and extra info.
If you need to update your Shipping address or any other information for your subscription, please log into the customer portal. The best way to access the customer portal is through the magic link you received in an email when you started your subscription.
Please note that you will need to change your address
on each subscription separately. Changing it only on your account in the DEYA webshop won't update the address on your subscriptions.

Please note that orders are shipped when you receive an email stating that your order has shipped!
Within this email your tracking number will be shown with a link to track your order.
Please note that the tracking details and link are not usually updated by our courier until later the same evening or sometimes early the next day.
The Shipping cost is included in the cost of the subscription box.
Orders are shipped using a next day delivery service but please allow 2-4 days for delivery. Occasionally there are delays and problems we cannot control within the courier’s networks.
Core orders are fulfilled Monday-Thursday on the same day the order was placed.
Our order cut-off time is Thursday at 1pm. Any orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until the following Monday. In the circumstance that the Monday is a Bank Holiday, dispatch will then be the next working day.
DEYA Fresh orders are fulfilled on the first Tuesday of the month. In the event of a Bank Holiday please allow one extra day for shipping.
We ship to the UK mainland only.
